Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, opened press-on nails and wigs that have been worn cannot be returned unless defective.
How to Return
Email support@polishine.io with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
